Applying for a License

For a Louisiana Professional Geoscientist (PG) License:

DO NOT CONTINUE THIS FORM UNLESS:

1. You are taking the ASBOG Practice of Geology exam or have passed the ASBOG Practice of Geology exam and are licensed in a state which has reciprocity with Louisiana and
2. You have submitted the $200 licensing fee by paying online or by mailing a check (payable to LBOPG and mailed to 9643 Brookline Ave., Suite 101 Baton Rouge, LA 70809).

For a Louisiana Geoscientist-In-Training (GIT) Certificate:

1. You are taking the ASBOG Fundamentals of Geology exam and
2. You have submitted the $100 licensing fee by paying online or by mailing a check (payable to LBOPG and mailed to 9643 Brookline Ave., Suite 101 Baton Rouge, LA 70809).
