We have recently discovered that a change in our database software has disabled the functionality that previously allowed users to change their email addresses online. Because our users' login IDs are their email addresses, the system will not allow changes outside of the administrator authorization for security reasons. What that means is: If you need to change your email address, you will need to contact us directly. We can change your address for you, and we will happily do so. We do realize, however, that this extra level of security is inconvenient for our users. We are working with our web developers and the software vendor to rectify this issue, and we will let you know when we have a long-term solution. Meanwhile, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
